Our Mission

The mission of the Lords of Sunnymead Foundation is to serve as a strategic channel for visionary donors to connect with and empower grassroots organizations supporting bio-diviversity and neuro-divergent communities.

About us
The Lords of Sunnymead Foundation (LOSF) was established by a group of lifelong friends who first met growing up in Sunnymead, California, in the 1960s. Sunnymead has since been absorbed by the city of Moreno Valley, located in the heart of Southern California’s Inland Empire. Since those halcyon days, the “Lords” went on to diverse careers ranging from wealth management, academia, environmental activism, law, construction contracting, property management, and renewable energy. As some are now retired and others are winding down professional obligations, they have launched LOSF to facilitate impactful philanthropy.
The purpose of LOSF is to serve as a strategic channel for visionary donors to connect with and empower grassroots organizations and individuals dedicated to community improvement through sustainable, self-reliant solution.

Our Vision
LOSF is committed to protecting our shared natural environment. This includes securing, preserving, and expanding protected habitats for wildlife, local and migratory bird populations, native plants, and open spaces for human beings. Adjacent to old Sunnymead lies the San Jacinto Wildlife Area, a vital stopover along the Pacific Flyway for migrating birds. This critical and vulnerable habitat is one focus of LOSF’s
efforts to preserve, protect, and expand its role as a vital stopover for migrating birds and as a sanctuary for native wildlife and plant species.

LOSF also supports community organizations dedicated to empowering neurodivergent individuals and those facing mental health challenges—including autism, bipolar disorder, social anxiety, OCD, and schizophrenia—along with their families. Recognizing that these conditions affect millions regardless of background, our mission is to connect compassionate donors with the local heroes providing essential services. With proper support and community understanding, affected individuals can lead happy, productive lives while significantly reducing the burden on their families. Serving as both conduit and catalyst, LOSF connects donors with community-based non-profit organizations doing the vital work, ensuring their contributions are both impactful and aligned with the causes they care about most. Our goal is to streamline
the path to philanthropy, making it easier for visionaries to support meaningful change.
