Our mission

Our mission is to protect California’s biodiversity, with an emphasis on Southern California; help neurodivergent individuals discover their strengths and build lives of meaning, purpose, and belonging; and help nonprofits operate more efficiently and effectively. What we support Protecting biodiversity. We seek to preserve ecologically important lands, native habitats, and the connections wildlife need to thrive.

Creating opportunity for neurodivergent individuals

We support pathways to mentorship, education, meaningful work, community participation, and greater independence. Strengthening nonprofits. We help organizations build the knowledge, relationships, and practical capacity to use their resources wisely and serve more effectively. We welcome landowners, families, educators, employers, nonprofit leaders, and donors who share these goals.
